Engineering need to appoint four seasoned and experienced engineers. It is critical that the people appointed must have the competencies (job knowledge and skills) to be able to carry out the job functions from day 1. This is not a developmental position. 12 candidates are being considered for the 4 vacancies.

The candidates have all been through a structured panel interview to assess their competencies, after having passed through the initial screening. Please download the Fit Table to see how they were rated with respect to their competencies in the panel interview.

The candidates also underwent a battery of psychometric tests. HR has made the Job Profile Report available to you. Please download and view it, then answer the questions below.
